Cancellation And Refund

1. Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to any paid services (such as premium content, membership plans, or newsletters):

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

2. Sponsored Content and Advertisements

For clients who purchase sponsored articles, banners, or other advertising services:

Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled publication or campaign start date.
If cancelled within the allowed time frame, a 50% refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided once the content has been published or the advertisement campaign has started.

3. Event Promotion Services

If you have booked promotional services for an event:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service begins are eligible for a 75% refund.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after this period or once the promotion has commenced.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after services have commenced.
Delays or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters).
